Buying a better website shouldn’t give you a second job. We agree on the right setup before you purchase, then handle the agreed launch.
Keep your domain at GoDaddy or your current registrar. Pointing it to a new website changes where visitors arrive; it does not move the files or transfer the hosting account. We confirm where the finished site will live before changing any settings.
Four sensible routes
Your existing platform
Already using Shopify, WordPress or another suitable system? We check compatibility before proposing a redesign on that platform.
Keep your accounts. We plan collaborator access, backups and testing. A website built elsewhere does not automatically import into a Shopify or WordPress theme; any adaptation is scoped and priced upfront.
Hosting in your own name
For a compatible presentation website, we prepare deploy-ready files and launch them in your Netlify account or another agreed hosting account.
You create the account and control the billing. We connect your domain and test the form. A file export does not automatically move a database, email service or login system. Those components need their own setup.
A platform built for the job
An online shop can live in your Shopify account. An appointment website can use a suitable scheduling platform owned by your business.
You own the payment, product, order and booking accounts. We configure the agreed scope and test the customer journey. Subscriptions, paid apps and transaction fees are paid directly to the providers.
Your developer or team
Already have someone handling the technical side? We agree on the delivery format with them before starting.
The handover includes source files, transferable assets, build and deployment instructions, and services to reconnect. Hosting must support the site. Third-party licences and external costs remain subject to their own terms.
Your part stays simple
Review the preview and approve a proposal covering pages, functions, platform, external costs and payment terms. Submitting the brief never makes a purchase.
Open the necessary accounts in your name and invite us as a collaborator where supported. Never put passwords in the brief.
Revisions, setup and checks: forms, mobile layouts, bookings or a test order as applicable. We agree on the launch time with you.
Your old site stays available during preparation. We plan backups, preserve email settings, prepare agreed redirects and retain a rollback option.
Receive account access, the agreed files or theme, a guide or short recording, a recurring-cost list and 30 days of corrections for defects in our work.
For a properly prepared static website, yes: a folder-drop deployment can be suitable. We prepare the right format. For customer accounts, databases or server functions, simply dropping files does not reconnect the entire system.
No. You create the accounts, approve provider costs and grant the necessary access. We handle the agreed setup. The editing tools and content you can change are agreed before purchase.
The planned client handoff is a deployment in your own accounts or delivery to your developer. A preview is not the final hosting arrangement. We check the delivery format and any adaptation before quoting.
The domain, hosting or platform, booking tools, apps and payment fees required for your project. We separate those from our design fee. We do not promise free hosting forever.
For 30 days we correct defects in our delivered work within the agreed scope. New content, new features, provider outages and later updates are not part of that defect-correction period. Additional work is quoted before we begin.
